Selection of payment methods
To receive your payment securely, we work together with your payment (formerly CrefoPay).
CrefoPay is a service provided by Creditreform and CrefoPayment GmbH & Co. KG. This will not incur any additional costs for you. After selecting the payment method "CrefoPay" you will be forwarded to our service provider. The following payment options are available here (some cannot be selected prior to a credit check):

Prepayment
Once you have placed your order in our online shop, we will immediately send you an e-mail confirmation as soon as you have entered a valid e-mail address. This order confirmation contains all the details: which items you have ordered and at what price, the shipping costs, your order number and our bank details.
As soon as we have received your payment, we will arrange for your goods to be dispatched. You will receive an e-mail confirmation as soon as your money has been credited to our account. On the day of dispatch, we will also send you a notification with a parcel number so that you can track the current status of your delivery online at any time. If you would like to transfer money from abroad, please choose SEPA bank transfer. Prepayment from abroad is only possible within the EU in EURO.

Safe:
Your bank or credit card details are only stored with PayPal.
Therefore, they are not resent over the Internet with every online purchase.

You pay with two clicks. This is because you use your bank or credit card details stored with PayPal instead of entering them again for each purchase.
Fast:
PayPal payments arrive on the same day.
This is how it works:
- After completing the order you will be redirected to PayPal.
- PayPal debit from your bank account or credit card.
- Your order will be processed immediately.
Credit card
If you would like to pay your invoice by credit card, you can only order via our online shop. All necessary data will be requested when you place your order. You ll receive a confirmation of your order by e-mail immediately afterwards, provided you have entered a valid e-mail address. From this order confirmation you can see which items you have ordered from us and at what price, the shipping costs and the order number. On the day the goods are dispatched, you will also receive a notification with the parcel number so that you can check the current whereabouts of your parcel online at any time.

- Simply enter your credit card number, verification code and expiry date when ordering
- Prerequisite: The card must be approved for 3D Secure (security enquiry by your bank).
