With our BEST PRICE guarantee, we offer you the opportunity to purchase an item from us at the same conditions if you have found it cheaper at another online retailer.

So if you discover an item that is offered at a lower price elsewhere, don't hesitate to contact us! We want to make sure you always get the best deal. Just show us the lower price and we'll do everything we can to offer you the same item on the same terms.

In order for your BEST PRICE request to be accepted, certain requirements must be met:

1. The competitor has not filed for insolvency.
2. The article must be manufactured by the BMZ brand or by the BMZ Group.
3. The difference to the competitor's price must be at least €1 per item.
4. The item matches the size, color, model year, design, etc. of the item ordered from us.
5. This is a permanent offer from the competitor. Special or discount promotions are excluded, including discounts granted, for example, by taking out a newsletter subscription.
6. Ebay offers and auctions will not be considered.
7. The item is available for immediate delivery from the competitor. The item is considered "immediately available" if it can be shipped by the competitor within 4 days.
8. The competitor is a commercial seller and is based within the euro zone. Ebay offers are excluded.
9. The BEST PRICE cannot be combined with other BMZ Germany promotions, such as "free items or free shipping".
10. The BEST PRICE cannot be combined with the financing or rental payment methods.

Articles for which you can make a BEST PRICE request are products of the BMZ brand or are manufactured by the BMZ Group.

• Please copy the Internet address (URL) of the respective article (detail page) of the competitor and paste it under "Link to competitor".
• We can only grant the price that we find when we check the request. As prices can change even over short periods of time, please also let us know the price of the item at the time of your request. If the price quoted differs from the price you quoted, we will contact you before approving it and discuss the next steps with you.
• Please also let us know the shipping costs incurred by the competitor. Since we accept the competitor's conditions when we accept your request, we will also charge the competitor's shipping costs, even if you could order from us free of shipping costs without the best price request.

Your BEST PRICE request will only be sent to us when you click on the "Request" button.

One of our employees will check your request to see if it meets the requirements of a BEST PRICE (see point 1). The further procedure is determined by the payment method you have chosen:

Credit card, PayPal

Please note that after confirming your request, we will place a special item in the online store, which you can purchase then for a limited time. 

Prepayment, invoice

If we can confirm your request, we will send you an order confirmation with the corrected price by e-mail. You will then only have to pay the corrected price.
If we are unable to confirm your request, we will contact you to discuss the next steps.
